Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped. It usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks for orders to arrive, but this can vary depending on the distance and customs.
If your order has multiple items, each item might be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on availability. Items may also be sent separately if some are on backorder.
To cancel your order, please email us at grabnookofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. If more than 24 hours have passed, we may not be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it.
If your order gets stuck at customs, returned, or lost, we will either send a new package with faster shipping or refund your money once the package is returned to us.
