Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover the cost of return shipping as agreed beforehand.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchange Process is the same as the return process, once the old item is returned you can place a new order for the item you wanted to exchange.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.return address will always be shared with you via email, not what’s on the packaging.
